Having lived in the Charlotte area since 1994, Justin Ckezepis is passionate about the people and communities in and around North Carolina. Mr. Ckezepis currently lives in Cornelius, enjoys spending time with his family, boating on Lake Norman, and rooting for the Panthers, Hornets & Hounds – Charlotte’s own professional sporting teams.
A product of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools system, Mr. Ckezepis went on to attend Appalachian State University where he majored in Communications with a focus on Electronic/Media Broadcasting. Upon graduation, he decided to pursue a legal education at Charlotte School of Law.
“Those years at App State really helped me learn to communicate with people. Such an invaluable skill that I never want to stop growing in.”
Mr. Ckezepis’ family has always been involved in Residential Real Estate. His father began his Real Estate adventures in the 80’s in California. When Mr. Ckezepis’ family moved here in the early 90’s, his father wanted to bring the west coast Real Estate mentality to the South.
“I will never forget the stories my dad has told me about Real Estate in his early days. ‘Son, there would be lines of cars outside of the sellers’ home and buyers would come in one at a time, present their offer, and the sellers would make a decision that day.’ Fast forward to today and I don’t know how much buyers would like that, but I’m sure sellers would be very happy.”
Mr. Ckezepis has worked as a licensed Real Estate Broker, representing both home buyers and sellers, for more than four years prior to starting a law firm. He has the experience and understanding of what home buyers and sellers are looking for in a closing attorney. The systems that Mr. Ckezepis has developed ensure that those buying and selling Residential Real Estate will be informed each step of the process and in the end, met with a smooth closing. A passion for seeing people succeed and his “always developing & ever changing” perspective is what led Mr. Ckezepis to starting his own law firm.
“Our goal will always be the same: To provide home buyers and sellers with real benefits unlike any other closing attorney and to make the closing process smoother than any client could ever hope for.”
